Dear Parents/Guardians,
With parent-teacher conferences coming up on October 20-21st, we wanted to inform you that the sign-up procedures have changed and will allow you to self-register for a conference. Below you will see sign-up documents for Elementary P-T Conference and Jr-Sr High School P-T Conference. Once you open the attachment, each teacher within the building will have a link to their schedule adjacent to their name. When you click their link, you will be directed to their list of available times (be sure to look at the dates, as you may need to scroll over to Oct 20 & 21). You will simply click the time you want to meet (your email and name should automatically be entered, if not type them in), then type in your Student’s Name. The teacher will be notified via email and you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder 24-hours in advance of the meeting. If there are additional teachers you would like to see, you can follow the same procedure to schedule other conferences.
Please note that all elementary conferences will take place within the teacher’s classrooms. At the Jr/Sr High School, conferences will take place in the gymnasium on Oct 20, and then within the teacher’s classrooms on Oct 21.
