On the next eight pages you will find links to just about anything that might interest you about music. I will begin with a list of musical organizations and or databases that can give you lots of information about every aspect of music. I have personally visited every link on these eight pages, and I know that they are appropriate and available. But the sites may take you to secondary links that are broken. Parents may wish to peruse the secondary links before permitting free access to young children.
MENC... Music Educators National Conference. This is the national organization of music teachers ...(yes I am a member) and it will direct you to lots of different activities, sites, workshops, camps etc.
Music Resources... A site from Finland that offers international resources in music education.
Children's Music Workshop... The how to's for children , including getting an instrument, supplies, and even a faculty lounge for music educators with grant info!
The English Music Server... This site contains resources for the study, composition and enjoyment of music.
Yahoo Music... The Yahoo Lobby for all types of music categories.. from instruction, to summer camps... lots of good stuff!
