Here is the information for Solo and Ensemble Contest 2010 - Saturday March 6
Where:
When: Bus leaves from the Gym entrance at
What to bring:
1. Money for lunch
2. A note if you are driving or being driven by a parent. (NOTES ARE DUE BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON March 5)
3. A note if you are riding with another student from each person's parent - the driver and the rider
4. Check your judges copy for numbered measures. I will carry them throughout the day, and will put them in your hand shortly before you sing.
5. Dress appropriately - bring comfortable clothes for the ride, if you wish - but wear good clothes to perform
General notes:
1. Bus return time will be in the area of 4:00-4:30 depending on our ability to get in and out of rooms, and on length of time for check-out.
2. You will be permitted to call for a ride, but it would be much appreciated if there was someone there to take your call. I have houseguests that weekend, and need to get home as quickly as possible.
3. Be in your room ahead of schedule. I may get caught up in a room, but will be there ASAP. It will be easiest if I don't have to track you down in the event I am running ahead of schedule. This is how we can get out of there SOONER!
4. Remember your manners. Be polite to other contestants. No loud talking in the hallways outside of rooms. Thank the judge.
