United States History

 

Course Descriptions

1st Semester - American revolution, western expansion, pre-civil war, Civil War, Reconstruction, and Industrial era.   

2nd Semester - the 20's, 30's, and 40's, Vietnam War, and the modern presidents, Truman to Bush.

A unit of instruction studying the events of Black History and the History of Women in America will be included during the year as well.
