2015-16 Registration Information

Wednesday, Aug 12: 1pm - 8pm
Thursday, Aug 13: 8am - 12pm / 1pm - 4pm

Please note: There will be a $10.00 late registration fee charged to each student that registers after August 13, 2015 unless prior arrangements  are made with the office by Monday, Aug 10.

Registration will be held in the administration wing of the school.

Students entering kindergarten, sixth, and ninth grades as well as all new students in our district must have a physical to be turned in at registration.

Students entering kindergarten, second, and sixth must have a dental examination or dental waiver form and all kindergarten students must have an eye exam or eye exam waiver to be turned in at registration.
